The W74 Tungsten Free Rig Weights are designed for the popular Free Rig technique and other finesse methods that prioritise maximum sensitivity and a natural bait presentation. The original W74 Tungsten Free Rig Weights use high-quality tungsten, a material considerably denser than traditional lead. This allows the weights to sink faster and transmit bottom structure and subtle bites much more clearly.
The droplet-shaped design with a round eye helps the weight glide through weed, rocks and other obstacles. Together with the compact size, it lets your softbait move freely and naturally over the bottom while maintaining excellent bottom contact. These weights are ideal for targeting perch, zander and other predators that demand precise presentation. Tungsten is also a more durable and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional lead.
