Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, the following conditions apply:

• Return period: You may return products within 14 days of receipt.
• Conditions: Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Procedure: Email info@w74tackle.com with your order number and reason for returning the item. We will send further instructions.
• Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Return costs: The customer pays return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was supplied incorrectly.
• Excluded products: Custom-made or specially ordered products cannot be returned.
